Multifunctional epoxy nanocomposites reinforced by two-dimensional materials: A review

چکیده

Epoxy resins are thermosetting polymers with an extensive set of applications such as anticorrosive coatings, adhesives, matrices for fibre reinforced composites and elements electronic systems automotive, aerospace construction industries. ?he use epoxy in many high-performance is often restricted by their brittle flammable nature, the relatively low fracture toughness poor thermal electrical properties. Various two-dimensional (2D) materials graphene (Gr), hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), transition metal dichalcogenides MXenes, provide vast opportunities to endow multifunctional properties reinforce advanced applications. In this review, current literature status nanocomposites 2D has been thoroughly examined. The structures intrinsic have briefly summarized. Recent advances strategies incorporating into also presented. Most importantly, mechanical, tribological, thermal, electrical, flame retardant reviewed detail. Finally, field along future perspectives discussed regards effectiveness various nanofillers towards reinforcement.
